New Artwork!

I've updated my gallery with 3 new pieces of artwork! All three of these were to be for a popular metal band's album art, but the label decided to go in a different direction for the art, so they won't be used. Either way, it was a fun experience and I'm very proud of them! "Corrupted" "Single File" "Processing"

Yes, this was going to be for Whitechapel, based on their art direction and lyrics from their upcoming album. But as I mentioned in the post, the label decided on a different direction so it is more of a "what if..." to Whitechapel fans. Thanks for checking out the site!

Well, keep in mind the artwork they end up using will likely look very different than this one. Metalblade wanted a completely different direction for them, so they had to go with another artist as well. I'm really glad you like the art, though, and it's an honor to be on your desktop! ;)

oh thats too bad too hear! :( was kinda looking forward on seeing how you'd pull it off then :) but well.. better luck next time.. i'll definately let you do my bands next recordcover! :D and if you'll keep on posting this kinda art you'll be staying on my desktop hehe.

Hey, that is the life of the artist. Sometimes visions just don't line up. The band loved it, though...so much that many of the lyrics/songtitles are actually based off of how I interpreted their concept so when you buy the album pay close attention to some of that. Even though this art is not official WC art, it was still intended to be so, so if anything it's trivia for WC fans to enjoy!
And as they say...life goes on. I'm already on to other bands' projects. Keep checkin' back!
yeah know what your'e talking about. i do some designing and artwork myself. mainly stuff like the art mark riddick does :) i am looking forward to reading the lyrics then hehe :) uuh i am very much looking forward to see what bands you are doing for now :D
