All artists are different and all artists have their own rates. My rates are determined by what I think my time is worth. If at any time I find that I have more time to do freelance work, I may very well lower my prices. But I don't see that happening in the future.

"Random Other Artist" is not me. They are them. You will decide who is best for your band's cover and for your budget. If that person turns out to be me, then I am eternally grateful! 

Saying you are going with another artist will not make me reduce my rates, I am sorry. ;)
